   Birth has always been a profound, transformative event in a woman’s life—a rite of passage that can either be empowering or traumatic. For centuries, women were surrounded by a supportive community of other women during labor. However, with the rise of hospital births in the 1970s, women were often isolated, relying on doctors for knowledge of their own bodies.

   My mission is to help women reclaim their autonomy, rediscover their inner strength, and cultivate the confidence to trust in their own ability. Every woman has the power within herself, even if it's been overshadowed by fear or past trauma. That’s why I’m here—to guide you in breaking through mental barriers, freeing you from fear and past wounds, and empowering you to step into your birth with confidence, freedom, and purpose.

   I went into my first birth confident and well-prepared—or so I thought. After 24 hours of laboring naturally, stalled progress, and growing discouragement, I realized I had no idea what I was doing. My midwife friend stepped in, helped me fully dilate, and after getting an epidural and some rest, I finally delivered my baby girl- a 31-hour labor in total. Recovery was rough, and I wanted to understand why my birth had been so difficult.

   I learned that babies position themselves based on comfort, and if my first was in a face-presentation, my next could be too. Determined to avoid that, I worked with Marya—a labor nurse, emotional healer, and body balance specialist—who helped me heal emotionally and physically. Thanks to her guidance, I entered my second birth feeling strong and capable. I arrived at the hospital completely calm, and within just 10 minutes of parking, my husband caught our baby girl—since the nurse didn’t believe I was in labor!

   For my third, I used the same techniques and had another smooth, unassisted birth—despite being in a hospital that was unsupportive of my natural birth plan. They even suggested I go home… just 30 minutes before I delivered!

   Through my experiences, I learned that everything I needed was already inside me—I just had to access it. Now, I’m on a mission to help women trust their bodies and birth with confidence!
